Discover what your workout has been missing. Our daily 45-minute group classes are designed to help you crush your fitness goals with a different focus each day of the week. Every class features a dynamic, 14-round training regimen that combines work on the heavy bags, one-on-one time with a coach, strength training, and conditioning exercises like plyometrics and cardio.

Our mission is to make the incredible benefits of boxing training accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level. Our program is inspired by what the pros do, but it's built for you—no experience required.
Our expert coaches—all highly skilled fitness professionals and certified USA Boxing coaches- are here to guide you every step of the way. We're proud to offer an environment where you can step outside your comfort zone, knowing your health, safety, and well-being are our top priorities.
